LIFT classes are designed for people who want to gain strength, muscle, and confidence. Each class incorporates functional movement, strength, balance, and core training in a circuit-style class format. The class will utilize a variety of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rings, bands, balls, TRX, along with body weight resistance. Each class will incorporate all major muscle groups. No "cardio bursts" (the muscle-focused lifts we will be doing will increase your heart rate without the need for those), no crazy high repetitions (rather, progressive overload principle), just good ol' fashioned pumpin' iron. This class takes place inside CrossFit Tertiary. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm (open to WOMEN ONLY!) - on-going all year long
